altBill joined the Centre in 2000 and is currently a senior lecturer. Prior to that, he was a research fellow and lecturer with the Department of Computation, UMIST in Manchester . Bill holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics, from Patras University , Greece and both MSc and PhD in Software Engineering from University of Manchester . Bill has published over 100 research papers and three books on Systems Requirements Engineering and Model-Driven Service Engineering. He is a member of the ACM and IEEE Computer Society.

 

altFaye holds an MSc in Business Management from University of Surrey, London, UK , and a degree in Cultural Information Technologies and Communication   from University of the Aegean, Greece. Moreover, she is an MSc candidate in the Insurance and Risk Management course, Cass Business School, London, UK.

City  has a long-standing record of innovation in e-learning. It  was for example first  in the UK to make use of the internet compulsory for MBA students in 1989, and has been an early adopter of modern technology in several fields of e-learning.  City  has a high  level of research and development in e-learning methods and tools such as Moodle. With FASTER, the School of Informatics and City in general, expects to enhance  its active e-learning community, in particular in the fields of finance and accounting.
